Plan a recipe without simply adding every duration

Use these columns to keep information about your own project. The sheet is blank; you can print it and fill it in.

  1. Read the whole recipe and list steps, equipment and ingredients. Identify actions that depend on earlier ones being finished. Separate active tasks from stated waiting periods.
  2. Choose an order compatible with your equipment. Two operations needing the same appliance are not automatically simultaneous. Do not shorten cooking or a safety step to fit the schedule.
  3. After a trial compare planned and observed times. Note interruptions and quantity changes without presenting the source duration as verified in your kitchen.

Notes

A schedule guarantees neither correct cooking nor absence of allergens. Follow recipe, product and equipment instructions and check particular dietary needs.
