Prepare a reuse project before moving an object
Use these columns to keep information about your own project. The sheet is blank; you can print it and fill it in.
- Describe the object, visible condition and intended use. Separate observations from untested functions. Note dimensions relevant to transport and installation without hiding known defects.
- Find the solution matching your need. Ask the organisation about acceptance conditions or the other person about transfer arrangements. A located address confirms neither acceptance nor an appointment.
- Plan movement after clarifying essential points: appointment, access, transport and any repair. Record what actually happened afterwards; offered and transferred remain separate states.
