Check a programme’s options on your intended device
Use these columns to keep information about your own project. The sheet is blank; you can print it and fill it in.
- Identify programme, episode, platform and viewing mode: live, replay or another offer. Specify the need: subtitle language, accessibility captions or audio description. These are not interchangeable.
- Open the programme on your intended device and examine available choices. Record the exact label and observed result. An option mentioned in a description does not prove it worked in your test.
- If the need remains unmet, prepare a help request naming programme, device and date. Share no credentials or account data. Mark other devices as untested.
