Directory data, downloads and coverage
Download the complete bilingual reference directory in JSON or CSV. Understand its fields, source coverage and the distinction between a link check and an editorial review.
Download the complete catalogue
The export contains 227 records in 13 categories, with descriptions and record links in both French and English. It describes an editorial selection, not an exhaustive list or certification.
CSV: UTF-8, semicolon-separated, one row per resource. Import identifiers as text. JSON: one records array and the category dictionary.
Understand the fields
| Field | Meaning and limits |
|---|---|
id | Stable editorial slug shared by both language records. |
officialUrl | Destination recorded in the catalogue, separate from the internal record URL. |
publisher / origin | Recorded publisher and origin; origin is not the territory where a service is available. |
category / tags | Editorial classification and keywords, not a quality rating. |
description / recordUrls | French and English descriptions and links. |
documentationReviewed / documentation | Date and primary sources of the separate documented profile, when present. Null means not recorded. |
linkObservation | Dated HTTP response, redirect or verification error. A 403 may be an automated access restriction; it is not proof that the site is closed. |
previewType / capturedAt | Archived screenshot or identification graphic. A graphic is not a capture; its capture date is null. |
documentedProfile | Documented title, explanation, facts and FAQ in French and English. Null means no separate documented profile. CSV exposes the facts and FAQ in its own language. |
documentaryPhoto | Real photograph with captions, creator, source, licence, historical capture information and responsive variants. Null means no documentary photograph is recorded. CSV includes caption, source and credit fields. |
Coverage by subject
136 / 227 resources have a separate documented profile with dated primary sources. The other records retain their description and use cases; do not interpret a technical audit as a full factual review.

Compare two exports safely
- Match rows by id, not by the display name: names and destinations can change.
- Compare each changed field and retain both export dates. A redirect does not necessarily mean a change of publisher.
- Reopen primary documentation for a material change. Missing values and access errors are not factual corrections.

Common questions
Does an HTTP 200 prove that a resource is reliable?
No. It records a technical response at a particular time. It does not validate content, publisher identity, transactions or every language edition.
What does a blank review date mean?
No separate documentation review is recorded for that resource. A link observation is not a replacement review date.
Can I reuse the logos and screenshots with the export?
The export contains file references. Logos and third-party screenshots retain their owners’ rights; downloading the catalogue does not grant rights to those media.
